Navigator won't update on duplicate #176

There is a problem in the editor. When an item is duplicated in the editor panel, the navigator panel won't update and the item won't show in the navigator panel.

Tested in Chrome and Firefox both in latest version.

I made changes to duplicate function to add the duplicate page or template bellow the original page, previously it was added at the end of the list without scrolling.

I also added duplicate for pages also https://github.com/givanz/Vvveb/commit/f6fc936cae928527ee7509f5e4d77c99f6838f4d

You can redownload latest.zip and update the files on your server to apply the changes.
