Ability to refresh balance manually #171

Currently Lotus Vase there is no ability for Lotus Vase to manually refresh the balance. This can be handy in case the user wants to check the balance immediately without waiting for the auto refresh.

The solution is to simply add an ability for the users to swipe down and refresh the balance.
