Added pulling in the comic panel images into a Penny-Arcade RSS feed entry.
Unlike the other comics, Penny-Arcade doesn't embed the comic into the RSS feed, therefore this PR change involves:
Loading the page link in the RSS feed entry.
Bypass GDPR cookie prompt.
Pull out the comic images from the comic-panels section.
NOTE: Penny-Arcade split their comic into individual "panels" years ago so that they could support horizontal rendering on desktop and vertical rendering on mobile.
Inject the comic panels back into the original feed entry.
Skip all of above if it is a News feed.
The above is a bit slow due to the page get for each feed, but works.
