GAHGAA_2012 PDF not accessible via screen reader #25

Tested using JAWS ,except for 3rd and 5th page ,rest of the PDF is not accessible . @Isabelle to provide a raw file ,so that team can recreate the PDF in accessible format.

Screen Reader: JAWS 13.0.3 Document Type: PDF Adobe Version: 11.0.3 Title: The Austin Tenants’ Council Summary: There is total number of 55 pages in this PDF document but Using JAWS we are able to focus only few pages. As soon as we open the document JAWS reads our focus is in 5th page but when we checked with sighted people that particular page number is 2 we are not able to go to Page number 1 to 4.

  1. . When we press control + end our focus moves to46th page but there are 55 pages in this document.
  2. When we press down arrow from the top of the page (Page # 5) our focus moves to the next page and JAWS announces as page number 3. Page order is not proper.
  3. From page number 3 when we press down arrow our focus jumps directly to Page # 43 skipping all the pages in between.
  4. From page # 43 when we press down arrow our focus moves from 43 to 44, 45 and 46 respectively and stops and JAWS will not move further to next pages i.e. till 55.
