There are two footer in Home and Donation page.

Why? The HTML spec specifically has examples that use more than one in a page, just like I've done: http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/sections.html#the-footer-element

SHawn I agree However since we have two footer we have no distinction between them. This is why I have suggested to use the aria-label on each footer so they have a way to be identified see Issue #4 where i have added more details
