Seems redundant, since part of the heading containing "Accessible Housing Austin"

If the logo and the header will be dispayed on all pages is ok

However the

it will be good if it had the same text as the title of the page. This helps the user to orientate and make sure that is on the same page

So for example on the index page the title is Accessible Housing Austin! AHA! so the

could also be

Accessible Housing Austin! AHA!<\H1> So keep titles of the page and H1 the same We could even have the Title be Home - Accessible Housing Austin! AHA! we can briefly talk about it at the stand up if you like

I don't think I'll make the stand up today, unfortunately…

I'll adjust the title to "Accessible Housing Austin! AHA!" when I get the chance, though. Thanks!
