What is PPM? Explain it alongside chart. #185

Pulled from the meeting notes:

“Id also like to add that the majority of your first time visitors are gonna have no reference point for what a good or bad PPM is."

We need to explain what a PPM is somewhere on the page when first time users see the chart.

@pwhisenhunt raised this. It was also raised on HN.

This could also include the idea of 'danger zones' - red lines on the chart to show major problems.

Not that we're not already in serious trouble! 💣
