Please change the config handling to not wipe the config file on unknown or malformed option #79

Every time I accidentally mess up the folder path or flub a setting, the entire file gets reset to defaults. Would it be possible to change it to just refuse to run or complain about the specific setting that is wrong instead of resetting the entire file?
