Old update files aren't being deleted #85

I have "delete_old_update_files": true, in my settings.json, and old update files are not being deleted.

They're called out in the Issues tab and I've been deleting them manually.

This looks like a duplicate of https://github.com/giwty/switch-library-manager/issues/49 which was fixed in v1.3.7. It seems this problem came back and exists in 1.4.0 (Linux GUI version)
