Update README.md #12

Update README to show that it's important to add ecto_enum to the application list.

Otherwise, it won't be included in exrm releases, causing errors when you are using a model that uses EctoEnum.

Thanks @odarriba but I think this note should be in exrm's README instead since it applies to all elixir libs.

I create the PR because that piece of config is usually on other librearies README.

Btw, thanks for porting this feature to Ecto :)
