Support Ecto 2.2 #46

As far as I know, nothing has changed in Ecto 2.2 that would affect this library. Has anyone tried it? Would it be possible to get a release that relaxes the dependency on ecto to allow 2.2?

This is resolved by #45, but yet to be merged.
