My Courses overflow #712

Probably down to overflow so that the arrow at the top of the drop-down menu is shown.

Is the overflow-y and arrow at top issue.

Because there is now a 'mycoursesmax' setting then don't have a maximum height.

Going to back-port and remove the 'overflow' change at the same time so that versions are consistent.
