enhancement - Learning Plan in user menu #807

If it is possible you can add learning plan in user profile below the discussion or somewhere in the menu, and i can be shown only when the learning plan in enabled in the site.

Moodle 3.1 and Essential are the latest version which is available

No thanks we made alternate arrangement
