Okay, sorry for that.
However, is there any reason to let it be 'txt' file?
The README.txt already follows markdown grammar.
In my opinion, if we make it markdown file, by just simply changing the extension,
then it would be rendered better to read.
Why don't you check out how it would be? (here you can conveniently see it in advance)
The README.txt file was created before (I believe) the MarkDown technology existed. I use the format in other places, so understand what it is all about. However:

Every change has cause. That cause is the places for which README.txt is mentioned. Just changing the extension with no reason or justification is not an acceptable thing to do within the realms of engineering. As you've not bothered to even complete the description then I can only assume that you don't know what you're doing. Thus rejected.
