Display of question title in Edit quiz too long; preview + edit icon not at left margin #2

Hi Gareth,

While preparing a tutorial for our teachers, I saw in Quiz administration -> Edit quiz and without any CSS applied that long title questions go beyond the right margin. The preview and edit icons are not at the left margin. Here is a screenshot with 5 questions and theme Shoehorn in Google Chrome:

And here with theme Clean in Mozilla Firefox:

Cannot replicate:

Hi Gareth,

Thanks a lot for your reply and your effort to help me. Updated to the latest version and the issue is gone (Edit quiz is fine now) plus the theme loads a lot faster. I also found a solution with CSS for a fixed navbar at the top. Thanks again for providing a great theme.

Thanks and no problem.

That's an idea, so I have implemented http://getbootstrap.com/components/#navbar-fixed-top as a setting on the general settings page. Updated in the master branch.
