Add option to display section title below the image.

And logic in https://github.com/gjb2048/moodle-format_grid/pull/158/commits/dd37cfdfe9ad3e54fff506d060b0d9e3912299fe is invalid as need Inside and Outside as two different setting values for the section title in or out of the grid box, then there is another setting for relative to that.
