Hi Jan,
I don't want to remove it completely. Need to think.

Still thinking. I might actually change the nature of the readme to be both admin and educator friendly. Need to be able to spread the word!
Hi Jan,
I've decided to leave it in. Instead I've updated the readme.md file to be more educator friendly and helpful. Especially if they are stuck and are deliberately trying to get something done and the administrator / Moodle support is: on holiday / snowboarding / left work for the day / too busy / doesn't understand educators terminology / responds in terms they don't understand etc.

Hi Gareth, thanks for another very useful plugin! It solves an actual problem as we have several courses that are a bit large :)
We would like to suggest to remove the readme link from course settings. It provides information for administrators, not for teachers. However, it is displayed during course edit instead of in the administrators perspective. As a consequence, teachers tend to be confused when they click the readme link in search for help for their specific problems.
