maybe this is a nice place for issues/request who don't need a new issue.
i would like more room for at least 1 specimen collecting room. it really depends on what diseases you get but sometimes the people of who need to go there pile up GJD Edit: This is fixed with 0.3.2 you will have 2 extra locations where you can build it
also for debugging purposes it would be nice to make it possible to speed up the time. testing does take quite a lot of time and it would be nice if that could be somewhat lesser.( love the option to begin with more money also taking care of this subject) GJD Edit: This is not easy since gametime is kinda fixed
I will keep an eye on this threat and will add tickets for features that im gonna include.
@stronkie vaccins are not yet implemented so thats why you cannot find anything for it only the UI button is there but disabled, this is done so that i know the UI spacing.
I will edit original posts to show what is done and if something wont be implemented
Opening and Closing times.. No more new patient comming in > let the patients being passed reception keep being treated.. End the day with a journal report of the past the day . GJD edit: I dont think i will be implementing this. This might change but i dont see the added value to this option
The reason I requested this , when your hospital starts to get crowded , it will clean up the hospital everytime you close it.. People will leave and your hospital is clear. .Patients you did not help will cost you reputation or will even die.
As soon as the day starts again , patients can come in.. This way you will prevent the hospital to be overcroweded
I will monitor feedback on this and will see if this is an option that will benefit gameplay.
I would like to see a sticky here that will tell us the Patch Notes and what version we can download of the pre alpha. It is hard to tell what version is up when you launch the game. It has no verstion number anywhere

What I would like to see :
Make the number of patient comming to the hospital be influenced by this rep , also the payment of the patient when being cured depend on it. GJD Edit: Patient amount i will not tie into the rating system, payment i will use that sytem to get specialized patients to the hospital so you need to be above a line to get the very special patients
Debugging feature , where we can delete patient , clear out the hospital , delete static objects (like the benches) GJD edit: Sending a patient home will be implemented into 0.3.2, removing benches is possible for self build benches the first 4 that come with the hospital wont have that option

Also make the ai pathfinding a bit less straight , you should use the space in front of the reception desk completly... Do not let them walk straight.. GJD Edit: Them walking straight is just how unreal engine works, if something will block their path they will walk around it.
Let the patient debug themselves.. if they are stuck ( as in not moving.. let them become ghost and hop through whatever they are humping) GJD Edit: im looking into a way to let a stuck patient ghost itself for a small amount of time inorder to get unstuck.

change the ambulance sounds (it is really giving me a headache)
More information about the ambulances.. now I just click on them and they go making me having an headache and then more headache when they return.. GJD Edit: I will work on sound settings in a later stage
Since they return in the 1st aid room.. and you cannot built that.. I think ambulances should be disabled until you have discoverd a first aid station.. Once you have placed that you can buy an ambulance.. And you will get a lot of +rep when you pickup those patients.. If you decide to ignore the accidents.. then you will loose rep cause the patient die. GJD Edit: This has been implemented with build 0.3.2
Also another option is.. Let us research a 911 telephone call booth or whaterver.. This will enable us to receive emergency calls and respond on them. GJD Edit: I wont be implementing this, the focus of the game is on the hospital itself not on other emergency services
No keep ilnesses random.. If there is an illness you have nothing for , the patient dies and you will loose reputation , or you sent him home (missing that option also > sent a patient home) As soon as someone dies of an unkown illness , there should be an option to research the corpse to understand what the patient died off , so you can discover more illnesses.. (so add a morque as a room feature) GJD Edit: This is a now an option so you can decide what you want., you can keep the default but for players that just want all illnesses they can have that to.
Also when big things happen in the game.. Like scientist discover a new illness or a patient died or whatever big happening/news is going on in your city.. Let a newspaper appear with the news on it... that way you can see what is happening in your city and how well your hospital is doing.. (you can also combine my suggestion for having a day by day closing sequence of the hospital , putting a newspaper out in how you are doing and what the public thinks about you.. hence the reputation thing I would like to see.. (if a day by day is too soon> make it week by week GJD Edit: I'm not sure this will be in the game I will see if I think gameplay will benefit, there might be other information sources that will give big events tho. Big events is something I'm planning in a later stage.
When researching things , there should be an info bar to tell what you will research and what it would unlock and how much it would cost to unlock it. GJD Edit: The research UI is not finished yet and will be made more clear
Also would be nice if you can make the different built locations more visible. I mean you only have green , purple and blue area's.. Would be nice if we could see by forehand what could be built where.. I do not like to first have to delete buildings/rooms to see what else you can built there. GJD Edit: I'm not sure how I can implement this to the current game but will monitor feedback and see if I need to make it more clear.
Also I have no clue what is needed to make vaccins.. no room is able to produce and the research thing is also not giving any options. GJD Edit: Vacciness are yet to be added to the game
