Why have changes been made?
2 minor bug fixes (described below) were taken care of
What changes have been made?
pipeline/import/initialiseRepository.R - The initialiseRepository.R script was looking for a missingKey even if there was no need
pipeline/models/speciesModelRuns.R - If we were running from command line, the controlPars import would override the chosen modelRun variable
Note - These changes were accidentally made as direct pushes to the main repo directly before this push.
