There was a bug in the ANO data file - we used this as an opportunity to update our downloading of ANO data, allowing us to download it from a local temp file if possible. There were also some other adjustments made to allow the script to process the data taxa by taxa.
What changes have been made?
functions/importANOData.R - An option has been added to download ANO data locally. Also, the script now processes data sequentially on a taxa-by-taxa basis.
pipeline/import/taxaImport.R - The downloadANOData argument was added to the function
masterScript.R - A default value for downloadANOData is given
