@Peprah94 made some minor improvements to the scripts over the last few months which should be integrated, they are detailed below.
What changes have been made?
functions/findGBIFName.R - NAs are immediately identified and dealt with as opposed to wasting time trying to find them in GBIF
functions/refineSpeciesData.R - The redList was a necessary argument to this function and has as such been (also added in pipeline/models/speciesModelRuns.R)
pipeline/integration/speciesDataProcessing.R - Line of code prints to update you on the name of the dataset currently being processed- pipeline/integration/speciesDataProcessing.R - Line of code prints to update you on the name of the dataset currently being processed
pipeline/import/environmentalImport.R - Extra cropping argument removed, was causing issues
