For the Miljødirketoratet submission we need a version of the Shiny app in Norwegian. THis was added, along with some minor debugging (described below).
What changes have been made?
visualisation/hotspotMapsNorsk - Norwegian version of hotspotsApp. Uses data from run_2023-12-05. Drastically reduced text compared to Norwegian version.
Minor additins/changes
visualisation/hotspotMaps/server.R - Labelling of figures, text outputs to clarify structure
pipeline/import/utils/formatScheduledDownload.R and pipeline/import/taxaImport.R - Addition of taxon rank to data downloaded from GBIF
pipeline/import/environmentalImport.R - Changed aggregation of discrete environmental variables (ie. CORINE data) to 'modal'
