There are several issues or flags that are assigned to observations by GBIF - these should not be used in our workflow. They are as follows:
Zero coordinate
Coordinate out of range
Coordinate invalid
Coordinate precision invalid
Coordinate uncertainty metres invalid
What changes have been made?
pipeline/import/utils/formatScheduledDownload.R - Errors above are listed and then filtered out in the GBIF download. The 'issue' column is disposed of later since it's (currently) not of interest.
