What changes have been made?
README.md - This file has been shortened significantly to avoid redundnancies, with links to the relevant documentation included instead.
data/temp/README.md - A new readme document has eben added here to provide an updated description of environmental covariates.
documentation/odbmPipelineDocumentation.Rmd - Major updates throughout the text.
pipeline - Most scripts here have annotation added
