Hello,

I have another question, are you planning to include more databases in your tool, e.g. UNITE and Silva?

Hello @domivika,

Yes, the next big update for CRABS will include the possibility to download sequences from more online repositories, as well as additional visualisations of the reference database, and additional functions for extracting amplicon sequences.

This update will take quite a while before it will become publicly available though.
