Use ADSR code from fundsp #13

Since my pull request was accepted, I can, in principle, remove adsr.rs and use those functions from fundsp directly. I'd like to wait on this until a new version of fundsp is pushed to crates.io.

Updates:

I'm already using the new fundsp from GitHub for var(), so it is time to do this.
But I am rethinking the design of the adsr() feature. The var() objects should be incorporated into the network rather than embedded. It can have an input indicating whether it is releasing, and an output indicating whether it is finished.
