Calculating Threshold Values #1

Hi,

Thank you for your work! I am trying to run this script on a different dataset, which is Intracranial EEG (iEEG) in nature. I wanted to understand how I can calculate threshold values for quality metrics like Overall High Amplitude, Timepoints with High Variance, and Channels with High Variance. The method for determining these thresholds wasn’t clearly explained in the paper, so any guidance on how to adapt this for iEEG data would be greatly appreciated.

The other issue/question is the length of the recordings. Is your method still effective for recordings of 2 seconds long or shorter?
