Test data set #3

We need a test data set. 1 sample mapping file compatible with the Qiime format. We also need unprocessed reads. Working with 10k or 50k would be plenty for testing purposes.

Do you need the sample mapping file and unprocessed reads to correspond to each other? I have some raw Illumina 18S data that I can subsample and contribute for this process - the corresponding mapping file for these reads is all ready to go. (I can do this on Monday if this is what you need).

Yes that would be perfect.

Uploaded test data as a new folder - this includes PE read files along with their barcode files (10k sequences in each read file), as well as the QIIME formatted mapping file. Note that this test data only includes one sample (but two barcodes in the mapping file, to annotate headers with the sequencing direction - e.g. if reads originate from the forward or reverse primer)
