Hey gus, it's my first time to use PhyloSift. And it gave me the error message. But I didn't find where to add the option in command line on (https://phylosift.wordpress.com/tutorials/running-phylosift/phylosift-overview/) Can somebody tell me where to increase the limit? Thanks
