--extended db #482

Hi, is it possible to provide a link to the --extended db so I can download it locally (without having to install phylosift). I need to add a path to it on the server, and don't really want to have to install the program on the server and on my computer. hope you can help here?

Hi, The extended marker set URL is currently: http://edhar.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/~koadman/phylosift_markers/markers_extended.tgz That URL is subject to change, although there are no imminent plans to change it.
