Marker gene webpage down? #486

Hi Guillaum/Aaron/PhyloSift guys!

I'm having trouble updating the marker database. When running "phylosift all", or "phylosift dbupdate", I get the error message:

NCBI taxonomy data not found and unable to connect to update server, please check your phylosift configuration and internet connection!

The URL _http://edhar.genomecenter.ucdavis.edu/~koadman/phylosift_markers_ is specified in the global "phylosiftrc" file, and I don't have any user-specific version of the file.

When I try to open the marker gene URL in my browser, I get a "404 - URL not found".

Is the server down, or am I doing something wrong?

Ah, sorry! Didn't see the latest news about Markers Database download change... ;)
