Failed to open covariance model save file #502

Hi, I have installed Phylosift and tried to run with example and assembled data, it terminates with error "Failed to open covariance model save file". Terminal output attached. Please suggest to resolve the issue.

Little late but, I had the same problem with the new marker set. Updating infernal to version 1.1.2 fixed the issue. Once you install it, you can point to the new version in the phylosiftrc file.
