Point BSD-2 license to ISC #21

As per the discussion in github/choosealicense.com#50, the default license in the BSD group is the ISC, which is for all purposes identical to the BSD 2-clause, but even simpler.

Thank you for the quick reaction. Btw, if it isn't too much to ask, could you take a look at github/choosealicense.com#258? It's a simple sorting change, nothing added or removed, and I have some more elaborate PRs to propose that depend on that one.
