Filter out forks etc. by default. #3

I noticed that by default, it includes every public repository I have access to. But some of those are forks of other people's repos etc.

I think it might make sense to filter those out by default and have something that shows that "10 forked repositories were hidden" that lets you click it and show all.

Perhaps the same thing for collaborator repos.

Also, add a "check all" toggle. :)
