v5 upgrade guide? #791

Hello, First, thank you for this very useful tool. I recently upgraded to v5 and noticed the CLI changes. I have to adapt my command flags, but I don’t see any migration guide that I could use to do that. Is there one that I missed? If not, would you consider adding one? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, turns out I was on v3 before and the changes I see now were done in v4: https://github.com/gjtorikian/html-proofer/issues/749
