lesson 4 alt text for images #56

Modified the language in Lesson 4 around using alt-text in order to encourage users to make their content more accessible by explaining the benefits and possible use-cases for alt-text.

Thank you! I modified your modification to just remove the bit about legal requirements (it seemed like an implementation detail that wasn't urgent). Thanks for your change!
