MODEL: Only enable the BUILD button if build is possible #104

Currently I can go to the MODEL -> WORDCLOUD and click BUILD without any data loaded. Only enable the BUILD button if it is feasible to build the wordcloud.

[x] A dataset needs to be loaded
[ ] The dataset needs to be a txt file

Do simlar for Tree and Forest

[x] A dataset needs to be loaded
[ ] The dataset needs to be a csv file

A couple more tests required for the ActivityButton: might need to pass in the data type required: csv or txt.
