WORDCLOUD: When STOPWORD is enable allow a choice of language #149

Description

The following languages are supported by stopwords():

'catalan’, ‘romanian’,  ‘SMART‘ (english extended), 'danish’, ‘dutch’, ‘english’, ‘finnish’,
‘french’, ‘german’, ‘hungarian’, ‘italian’, ‘norwegian’, ‘portuguese’, ‘russian’, ‘spanish’, and ‘swedish’.

When STOPWORD option is selected offer a choice of languages, with 'english' as the default.

It would be better if we can automatically detect the language and pass to the script.

Yes it would be. A small local model to do so would be great. I wonder if there is anything packaged for flutter?
