Import pupil fitting code to MelanopsinMR_PupilAnalysis #2

Currently, pupil fitting code exists in the form that @gkaguirre wrote it in the mriTemporalFitting toolbox. This fitting code should be a) Updated to use the new temporal fitting engine, and b) be integrated into the MelanopsinMR_PupilAnalysis.m program.
