estimateSceneParams can now take a set of fixation target locations specified in degrees of visual angle. Scene parameters are found that best transform a set of video frames of the eye to these gaze positions.
Timebase information is now created during video de-interlacing, and optionally integrated at the stage of initial pupil fitting.
