Mapping toolbox #145

Hi,

I'm attempting to run the code but am getting an error that 'extractfield' requires the Mapping Toolbox. Will I have to purchase this toolbox to run the analysis?

It appears to me that this function is used at non-essential points in the code. If you discover that the code doesn’t work because of the absence of this function, please let me know and I’ll see about replacing it.

I’ll leave the issue open for now.
