LED anodes must be connected to VCC, not VNTC
R205 = DNP, PB has own very weak pullup
R204 =DNP, add divider and pullup to VH or external supply (VCC?)
C212 = DNP
T18 needs checking,
thermistor signal shorted to GND by polygon
balancing does not work (it works sometimes), short MID to GND
CPU won't work here because in hibernation mode it won't have a supply
