Exception testing macros required #15

Exception testing macros would be useful for many people, especially on 
Windows where hard to avoid exceptions.

Required macros:
EXPECT_THROW(Expression, ExpectedExceptionType)
ASSERT_THROW(Expression, ExpectedExceptionType)
EXPECT_NO_THROW(Expression)
ASSERT_NO_THROW(Expression)

Where  *_THROW asserts that the given expression throws an exception of 
the specified type, while *_NO_THROW asserts that the given expression 
does not throw any exception at all.
