and fork it into our GIT project here.

I did this as a submodule instead of a fork since I think our use case makes 
more sense to use freecad as a fork. It'll keep our repo smaller and also make 
it so any potential changes we make to the freecad repo are automatically put 
back where they belong. See the new document, "Developer setup instructions":
