I'd very much like to manage the creation of user stories for the Fab Lab in a 
collaborative fashion similar to how it's described here:

Kevin, can you please select which people need to be in on this. I assume 
myself, you, and Neal, but I don't know who else is involved that might be good 
to have input from for this particular section. Ideally, we'd have some of the 
developers and some of the end-users available, but we don't really have 
end-users yet, so we'll just have to do the best we can.

I'd also like to reserve something like 30-60 minutes or so of the next meeting 
(or that much time after the meeting) to actually collaboratively edit the 
story map. I'll be looking into whether there is any software out there to help 
us do this across the web, but it there isn't any, I'll just adapt the physical 
process to the tools we have available.

I'd do all of this myself, but story-mapping is really most effective when 
groups larger than just one or two people work on it simultaneously.

I agree, lets plan to take the hour after next weeks meeting to go over this. 
You, Neal and Billy Hnath are the ones that will be developing on this task to 
begin with. If you would like I will see if I can get a MechE in on the 
discussion as an "expert" level end user.
