Complete the BlackTooth Laser Cutter #39

1. complete the electrical wiring of the laser tube
2. finish the surgical tubing arrangement
3. build the protective case.

Problem: the electrical connector for the laser tube wire is missing (visible 
here: http://tinyurl.com/l7g4mus).  we need to order a new one.

case has been completed, tubing is almost complete, and the wiring is waiting 
on the tube wire to arrive.
