fix bug of defaul --bp_head #44

change the default --bp_head parameter from "BP" to "pos"

another bug in line 63 of AnnotateLocus.py: for annotation files provided by the author, the chromosome columns are 'chr[1-22XY]', while in locus file, the chromosome columns are '[1-22XY]'. All if conditions will be failed.
