Using the enumerate function on my dataset (~158 variants) returns a posterior probability (PP) of 1.00 for one of the variants. I noticed a similar issue from 2018 that doesn't appear resolved.
How reliable would a posterior probability of 1.00 be? I'm no statistician but that level of confidence seems concerning.
Thanks!
