How to download the trained models from Berkeley Site #29

It seems both trained and reference model (500M and 3.6G) are not available in the homepage of Berkeley EECS, anyone else has the same problems? Where can I download these models. Any advise is appreciated.

I am able to download them just fine, even outside of the Berkeley network. However, somebody had posted something on gitter recently and they said they were able to download them by adding https://in front of the link.
