Hello! Very interesting idea of urdf-editor. This idea is dead already? Or you finded some alternatives?

Hi @andremescaline! Unfortunately both my interest and need for such a tool has diminished so for the moment this project is dead. And with more complex xacro format being the more common and desirable format for representing robot models the notion of a graphical editor for URDF became immensely more complex.

I had put together a vscode extension that let you preview URDF files but it's pretty scrappy and was mostly an experiment to see how vscode extensions work so your mileage may vary.
